Brown bear is a large-sized carnivore and is mostly in dark brown color. When becoming old, the hair of the bear will become silver gray color with a white-collar mark on the neck. The bear is an animal that lives in cold areas near the North Pole. It mainly stays in the coniferous forest in Frigid Zone. It comes out in the daytime and moves slowly. It does not stay at a fixed place. Its food habit is diversified. The bear mates in summer and get pregnant for 7~8 months, and give birth to babies in hibernation period. Normally, a mother bear may give birth to 1~4 babies. |
